What to expect
How the work unfolds, step by step.
Step 1
A 15-minute intake call
A no-pressure conversation to understand what you’re moving through and whether we’re the right fit.
Step 2
An initial 60-minute session
Your clinician gathers history, hears your story, and begins to map what wants attention.
Step 3
Weekly 50-minute sessions
Most clients start with a consistent weekly rhythm — depth work benefits from continuity.
Step 4
A working clinical map
Within the first few sessions, your therapist will share how they see the work and what direction to head.
What you'll need
A few things to come prepared with.
- An openness to slow down and look inward
- A willingness to commit to a weekly rhythm initially
- Insurance card or payment method (we accept most major plans and offer sliding scale)
- Any prior records or assessments that feel relevant (optional)
