What to expect
How the work unfolds, step by step.
Step 1
An aligned intake call
A 15-minute conversation to understand your inner life and what’s calling for attention.
Step 2
Clinical + contemplative orientation
Early sessions name what’s psychological, what’s spiritual, and how the two are weaving together for you.
Step 3
Inquiry-led sessions
Sessions blend depth psychotherapy with contemplative inquiry — meeting story, body, and awareness together.
Step 4
Long-arc work
This work unfolds over months and years. We honor the pacing of genuine inner development.
What you'll need
A few things to come prepared with.
- A sincere interest in the inner life — not just symptom relief
- Openness to working at the intersection of psychology and spirit
- Some capacity to tolerate not-knowing
- Any practice background (meditation, yoga, prior work) is welcome but not required
