Scheduling an Appointment

 

Call 530 771 6845 or email info@transformational-psych.com and leave us a message with your number and a few good times to reach you. We will call you and discuss your interest in therapy. We will also discuss fee, scheduling, and address any procedural and logistical questions you might have. 

The initial session is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your needs, and for us to gather information relevant to your concerns and interests. The first couple sessions give us some time to clarify your goals and create a mutually agreed upon treatment plan for our work together. This includes getting an experiential sense of how we work and discussing some beginning assessments relative to your presenting concerns.​

If you have commercial insurance that reimburses you for out-of-network services, we will provide a monthly “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for part of your out-of-pocket fees.

Our fee ranges from $90 to $175 per hour.  We offer sliding scale fees based on need and availability.
